The Yezidi graveyard is located on the side of a hill in the Saaman Mountains north of Aleppo. Although the site is isolated, Ibrahim was very careful to take a hidden approach so as not to be seen by others. The Yezidi's level of insecurity in the region is so severe that they do not even use the term "Yezidi;" to all outsiders they refer to themselves as Zardasht (Zoroastrians).
