Although a murid (of the layman class in the Yezedi caste system) "Qader" is extraordinarily knowledgeable of the Yezidi'ism and the Yezidis of northern Syria. Because of their political vulnerability in Syria - from the government for being Kurds, and from the Muslim Kurds for being Yezidis - he is coy with some answers; forthcoming with others. He gives me a picture of Maleke Tavus (Yezidi's Peacock Prince and archangel) after our afternoon together.
